Do you make a habit of practicing your design skills outside of client work? I like finding ways to be creative and try new things in everything I do but rarely commit to doing a practice for the single purpose of practicing a single skill. Some of these challenges look like fun though! Particularly the ones involving type. I'll definitely take some time to do one or two of them. What do you think? Will you be trying any of these design exercises?
I recently finished a design project for OU's Crimson and Cream Copy Center & Student Post OFfice. They wanted some fun, creative shipping labels that students could purchase and use on their packages. They requested some birthday, university, and generic themed labels. Here are the final designs!
